My self esteem was so low that some days I didn't even want to leave the house at all. I had started listening to different motivational speakers months prior, and they helped...but I had hit a wall. T
hat's when I decided that I was going to give the Morning Five a shot. I applied Glenn's steps every single morning in May 2018, and he was right. I was changing. I began to be more grateful. I started to have more confidence as people in the group began to cheer me on in my journey. I made new amazing friendships, and began to do better in every area of my life.
I later quit smoking and made changes that I had needed to make for years. Every step making me more confident. The best part of all of it, I began to see how I was affecting people around me too. My relationships started to improve. I was able to form healthy boundaries without guilt. I was able to really begin to love other people because I finally loved myself.
